Preg or normal periods??

Asked for Female, 33 Years

12 days late period , ttc alraedy taking folic and oosure , but neg preg test, doc prescribed deviry for 5 days , got brown discharge after 2nd day of stopped tablets and next day start bleeding, but it was light and shorter .3rd n 4th day only spotting but hav cramps , bloated and feeling nauseous in morning since 1week, i had cyst but now, it was removed. It is normal periods or may be i preg?
