I am 32 years old working women. i am specially abled and access to wheelchair . i am planning for pregnancy and my both parents are diabetic and after covid i am also coming in pre diabetic. my fasting is showing 120 and below and i am not taking any direct sugar. Do i need to concern for pregnancy in pre fiabetic stage or i should start any medication.???

Fbs,pp,hba1c should be well controlled and in normal range if you plan for pregnancy.. Need to know about diet. Consult online with the reports at the earliest
