What about F/M and wt of baby. Though afi is less, better to take tt first for lung maturity. Take tt to improve afi, repeat scan after 1wk.If afi improves continue tt for 1 more wk.

AFI 4cm at 35 weeks is definitely low. Steroid cover: For baby's lunch maturity steroids will be given. 2 doses 24hours apart. Neuro protection: Consider MgSo4 regimen for fetal neuro protection. Share ur last scan for doppler values. Treatment to increase liquor: No definitive treatment.  Keep ur self well hydrated. 1 can try Alamin / Hermin Therapy and repeat scan after therapy to see liquor level. Doppler changes + Less liquor: Give only steroid cover and Neuro protection dose and go for C-section. As baby is more safe outside than inside.

Liquor volume 4 is definitely less.doppler parameters has to be checked.usg is showing any brain sparing effect? If so please go ahead with the delivery as advised by gynaecologist.discuss the risk of prematurity with neonatologist beforehand and understand the cost factor also .good luck and all the very best for a safe delivery
