1)Can I do exercise to reduce by belly fat when planning for pregnancy (i.e , before and after my periods) 2)Can I have 2 cups of coffee a day?? Does coffee affects pregnancy. I am 27 years women married for 4 years and trying to concieve for past 2 years... Tried iui thrice and it got failed , once started with IVF my embryo was not formed good. Now during lockdown trying naturally.. Do I need to follow any other things?? Please advice.
