I have lumps on both underarms. I checked for breast / armpit cancer at the beginning of this year. Plus a eco cardiology test and ecg is normal. Nothing was found. Physician said its fat lumps and not to worry. Now lumps has minimize in size after i lost few kilos. But oftenly i feel soreness in my underarms while having sore breast since 2 weeks before my periods. Even touching hurts. And i mostly notice armpit pain while sleeping or after getting up.
