Pre mature hair greying
I took prednisolone steroid (max 5mg/day) starting daily, then tapering to weekly/monthly doses until urine tests were clear. Also took calcium syrup from the start, and Vermisol (anti-parasitic) 2-4 months later, both for 1.5-2 years. During treatment, I ate 2 eggs/day and drank 3 glasses of fresh cow's milk daily since childhood. Around age 8-10 (Class 3-4), I used "True Roots" serum for grey hair but saw no major effect.
. How can I reverse my grey hair o statreted to saw my hairs greying after two years of predenolone is there any role of predenolone in it I am currently 18.9 as far I know I really want a good treatment coz it's too late
