Hello, your fasting levels are on diabetic side. I would advise you to get them repeated after 3 months along with HBA1C. You should follow low carbohydrate diet which will be less rice, stop taking sugar in tea or coffee, eat less sweets, avoid very sweet or salty outside foods. Regular physical activity for atleast 30min, minimum 5 times/ week is recommended . Physical activity can be a walk or jog or any form of other exercise or even playing a sport .
