Hi
Pre-diabetic condition is an alarming one, but you have not mentioned about your BMI and food habits. If your weight is not under control, try to reduce it. Avoid eating junk and heavy calorie foods. Try to eat frequent but small meals than having 3 big meals in a day, that will reduce t stress to your pancreas. Walking for 30 mins a day is advisable. If you are under strict control, you can avoid going into diabetic state. Don't forget to check your sugar levels periodically. All t best.
