My fasting glucose reading came as 100 on glucometer today morning. It has always been 88-91. My father has diabetes since before I was born. Anything to worry?

Glucometer readings are not ideal for detection of diabetes . You must get the following tests done from a laboratory: fbs, plbs, Hba1c. They will give a better idea regarding your sugar status.
