My friend tested his sugars, he is in just Pre diabetic stage , he is very worried. How long to get diabetic stage in to prediabetic stage .

Prediabetes is reversible stage also..
If maintain healthy lifestyle it can be reverted back..
If there is weight gain, increased intake of junks then can become diabetic..
Duration is in months to years depending on rate of weight gain and frequency of junk intake.
