Hi, I am 7 weak pragnant. Please suggest me a good diet for healthy pragnancy and healthy baby.which medicine and supplements are good at this stage of pragnancy.please suggest. Thank you

Any diet which contains high protein and vitamins is good. Avoid oily, fried and outside food Drink lots of water . Start taking tab folic acid 5 mg once a day everyday. Continue walking, yoga and exercise advisable in pregnancy.

Take green vegetables, salads,fresh seasonal fruits, whole grain sprouts, normal home made food , avoid oily spicy food,junk food .take adequate water
