My wife is 4 month prganant.her hb is 10.5 and platlets count 1.29 unit. waight -42 kg. it is her first baby.
in the first month the hb-10.5 and platlets 2.20. she go through vomitting and gas...doctor advised her omdane40 and rebemac till 3and half month.after that calcicum and iron tab is going on...what to do for improve hb and plattlets count and waight...any any sujjestion are invited for her batterment...thanks

Do NOTHING to improve her Hb and Platelet count.
Her Hb is 10.5 gm%. It is not bad. Plus she is already on Iron and Folic acid.
Her Platelet count is 1.29 lacs /cu mm.
Not bad again.
Her weight is 42 kg. With the routine care she will definitely become 50 kg by the time she delivers.
So have trust in your Gynaecologist. She is doing fine.
