I have a pilonidal sinus. Previously I done laser surgery on 2015. Now again reoccured last 1 month before. This time it's not serious. 3 times pus discharged now the hole is close completely and no pain and redness.
I am looking for minimal invasive procedure. Epsit- endoscopic pilonidal sinus treatment. If any hospital or day care clinic are doing let me know address and Dr name as well. Right now I am in dubai. I am coming on August 20th. I will be available in chennai till August 30th. Between these days I need to this procedure.
My conditions doesn't look like a multiple. If multiple also need the same procedure. I don't want to hospitalised and bed ridden for 3 month again.

Surgery/ EPSIT is not the right choice to treat Pilonidal Sinus for the reason for the recurrence of Pilonidal Sinus after surgery (which you have already seen).
