Hi, my son was born weighing 2.4kg. The doctor suggested him nanpro1 . Now he is 1.5month- almost 4kg and i want to know can I switch him to cemilac or any other powder normally?

Your child has gained very good in weight. The expected weight gain would have been between 900 to 1300 gram, while your child has gained 1600 gram. This is very good. If your child is breastfeeding well, you can now consider stopping Nanpro altogether and continue only exclusive breast feeds till 6 months of age. That would help the child grow better than feeds like Nanpro. Continue weighing the child every month, and give vitamin D 400IU, 1ml supplement.
