Postpartum periods
My wife delivered a boy in October 28. Post that she had lochia for around 20 days. Now after 3 months she had some period type bleeding but just few brown coloured drops . is this her normal period or something else.
She is breastfeeding mostly just once in a while we give our child top feed. Please suggest.

If she is breast feeding , periods may be variable... delayed or early and even the quantity may vary. This may be her periods.
But the important thing is whether you are using any contraceptive methods to prevent her getting pregnant . If not then get a urine pregnancy test.
