Postpartum issues
Hello Dr's, I had twins stillbirth at 25weeks on 3rd feb & delivered dead twin fetus thru normal delivery, HB was 5 due to blood loss, recieved 2packets whole blood + 1HCM, Post delivery was on antibiotic for a week, bleeded for a week, Its 1.5 months now & since delivery daily have been struggling from body ache & severe leg ache,  in between caught high fever + chills, was on zifi 200 1-0-1 x 5days, dolo 1-0-1 x 2weeks Blood tests cbc normal, wbc count normal, hb 10, widal test -ve, urine test normal, Currently no fever issues, but Daily i am still struggling from complete body ache & leg ache  increases in the evening & night, I have no strength to perform any work, i am consuming vegetables & fruits daily, Got my periods on 8th march with 5days flow, Please advise if body ache & severe leg cramps are due to weakness or postpartum, Please advise medication to get strength, if calcium & multivitamin is needed, currently  on no medication, please advise the cause for aches
