Postpartum 3weeks
Hi, my left side of foot is bit swollen but there isn't any pain.. this has been since the last days of pregnancy and it's still there and I m 3weeks of postpartum now... pls see the attached pic for reference

Lower limb swelling is common in hypertension,protein deficiency or any kidney abnormality.So keep a regular check on your BP and try to take protein rich diet.But consultant your Gynaecologist for detailed evaluation. Try to keep your foot elevated with pillows when you sleep
