Hello am 52 year old woman and have been on menaupause for more then 2 years but the period came back few days ago and lasted for 2 days

Post menopausal bleeding is not normal. It could be due to atrophic vaginitis , endometrial hyperplasia , hormonal imbalance , infections , cervicitis , endometrial carcinoma rarely too. U need to do an ultrasound pelvis for adnexae and endometrial thickness and then consult a gynaecologist at the earliest.
