I had my covid vaccination on 25th of May. Post that I had fever and body ache. But today the swelling in my arm has reached my neck. Is this serious? Should I take medication?

Fever and body pain are  expected after vaccination. But normally there won't be much swelling at the injection site and it is very unlikely that such a swelling could reach the neck. It may be something unrelated to the vaccination. So better consult a nearby doctor.
Next Steps
Physical consultation with a nearby doctor.
