I have constant muscle and joint pain (lower back , knees finger knuckles and neck with stiffness) since last 1 year post typhoid stage3. And the joints make cracking sound with movement as well .pain something is so severe that it's difficult to sit and do basic tasks . Muscle spasm is also experienced in calf
