Post surgery fissure pain

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I've beem suffering from non bleeding anal fissures since long Last 2 months hav be been horrible 2days ago i had undergone 3 procedures : lord's dilatation, fissurectomy and sphincterectomy The pain is worse now I've given my self 15days of ultimatum after which i want to end my life

[ ] Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three times a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days. Do sitz bath. feel free to ask any further quary.
