Post pregnancy
I had normal vaginal delivery so i had perineal stitches followed by that. After that i was painful like anything for 1month. After 2 months we were back into normal life. But i still fear i could get pregnant again or not since i had my baby formed within one month of time after marriage eventhough i had pcos. We tried some contraception method after 2months pregnancy but it was too painful unlike before. Even after one month it still remains the same. Kindly clear my doubt

You can go for IUCD . Get checkup done by doctor for pain at the site. Or you can take Contraceptive injection every 3 months for1 year.
