Post polio drops daughter got fever

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My daughter has been given always vaccination yearly what government gives polio drops i had given her 3days later she's got fever this happend last February too what shld i do is it common or seriously to be taken. Next time shld i stop giving her polio drops
