Hi, I had a c section 2 months back, my gynae gave me iron and calcium tablets to be taken for 1.5 months. After that i was not able to visit her again . How long should i continue iron and calcium tablets after delivery? I read somewhere that it should be continued till 6 months.

You can stop iron if haemoglobin is normal.. Continue calcium till atleast 6 months
