Take Tablet Cholecalciferol 60 K twice a week for six weeks on Monday and Thursday and weekly thereafter for life
Take Menopro powder two spoons with milk two times a day for three months
The endometrial thickness is appropriate for your age.
One more thing that you need to get checked is your cervical cytology.
It can be done by a PAP smear test with help of your gynaecologist. He/She will collect a PAP smear by performing a per speculum examination.
If report turns out to be negative, repeat it 3 yearly till you turn 60 in order to prevent cervical cancer.
