Post IUI trigger after late ovulation.

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My lmp :July 30 I took letrozole 5mg and FSH 150 for ovulation. Still follicle growth was slow. I ovulated naturally on August 19. (Cycle day 21) I had pain during night 1am. Morning I went to see doctor and he said I ovulated naturally. So he did IUI for me. (Without HCG shot) Today on August 26 doctor asked me to take HCG shot for some support. When should I take pregnancy test as I ovulated late..? Usually we do test 14 days after IUI , right ?? But in my case when should I take the test ???
