Did my IUI on may 11th and was on duphaston and sustain till may 31st and now it's 41th day of cycle and no periods. And beta hcg is 2 in reports.I had done my test today around 11pm in morning does timings for hcg test matters?and when I can expect periods. Can scanning confirm pregnancy or not?

You have already waited enough for the next period. IUI on 11 May would have definitely given a positive pregnancy test by 2 or 3 June.
Please consult a Gynaecologist for further management especially the withdrawal bleeding.
