Post exposure prophylaxis

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Sir/Madam, I had sex with CSW a month ago. On the same day i consult a doctor about post exposure prophylaxis treatment(less than 12 hours of exposure). He gave me tenofovir+emcitirbine and Raltegravir for one month. After completion of 28 days of course. On 29th day i have tested for CMIA test. It came negative. Am i free of hiv. Please tell me the details.
