Hello doc, my baby was born on 18dec and now he completed his 40days. my doc suggest me to consult a physiotherapist. Can you please tell me what type of therapy is need and for what? Thanks

You need to start with postnatal exercises to strenghten your core muscle and pelvic floor muscles.

Greetings,  wishes for a happy motherhood.  Generally physiotherapy is referred for toning abs plus overall body. 
Next Steps
you can hire a physio to train you for a month and then know the basics of toning  and what exercise to do.  if you feel you cannot do exercise on your own then extend physio service as required. exercise program  should be followed for 6 months after which you can make exercise as your routine for long term benefits.

U need post natal Physiotherapy so u should meet the Physiotherapist near by with the problems u facing at present. Start exercises as adviced by Physiotherapist. Improve ur diet And water intake.
