Post delivery belt regarding
Hi,
I had my first baby normal delivery on 15/02/2020, i have belly stomach now. During pregnancy i was 84 kg weight. Now i am 75 kg with 5.5 ft height. May I know it is possible now to use post delivery belt to reduce belly stomach? Kindly suggest.

Abdominal belt helps in supporting your abdominal muscles and sutures in case of c section .they have no role in reducing belly fat .only exercise and proper diet helps in reducing belly fat
