Post covid vaccination problem

Asked for Male, 65 Years

My father is suffering from shoulder pain for 1 month since he has taken second dose of covisheild vaccine(i.e taken on 26th june).he complains of burning in the shoulder in the night times when he sleeps on that hand.he is unable to move his hand freely.so please suggest solution to his problem.whom to consult for for solution.
