Post covid treatment
Hello. I was diagnosed covid positive on 24 june. Took treatment till 10 july. At the time of discharge doctor mentioned no swab test needed and discharge was given. I haven't had any health problem or symptoms since 10 july till now. I would like to ask. Can i continue doing cardio excercise and what care need to take while exercising. I would like to reduce my weight.

Monitor your spo2 levels,heart rate and respiratory rate  if you feel any discomfort like breathlessness or spo2 levels less than 90, respiratory rate more than 30, heart rate more than 120 ,bp less than 100/ 60 ,take online consultation with a pulmonologist for further evaluation and management
