By considering your symptoms it might be because of maxillary sinusitis or periodontal infection ( gum infection).. Is your teeth has become suddenly mobile.??. without any decay or calculusplaque on teeth ,then its a warning sign like something is wrong..
-Do salt water gargling thrice daily thoroughly
-maintain oral hygiene brushing twice using soft tooth brush
-take two keterol dt tablets at first time and later one tablet thrice daily for not more than three days.
- hot fermentation like taking steam or hot fluid ( tea, coffee milk) will increase infection very fast if any..please avoid hot fermentation.
