Post covid syndrome
Respected Doctor Dear Sir/ Madam Its been around 36 days completed suffering from covid including 14 days of home Isolation. Though already have suffered from many physical issues... But since last two,three days suffering from upper jaw pain specially from the raw teeth of back side or inner side as well as the last few teeth of lower jaw from inner side, "note" Just three days ago I had eye itching problem, which was got cured itself, and since childhood having left ear problem such drains with pus. And having an issue of minor like sinusitis. And before some days as I was completing my 16 to 18 days to before a few days I used have mouth drying, after all right now accept that jaw, gum and teeth pain I am having a mild headache from back of head or in forehead, and there is no cough, runny nose or any nasal congestion. Please give some guidance Thanks.

Gum, jaw and teeth pain could happen due to cavity, periodontal( gum) infection, food accumulation between teeth etc. -Start lukewarm salt water rinse thrice daily and medicated mouthwash rinse twice daily. - Steam inhalation two to three times a day.

By considering your symptoms   it might be because of maxillary sinusitis or periodontal infection ( gum infection)..  Is your teeth has become suddenly  mobile.??. without any decay or calculusplaque on teeth ,then its a warning sign like something is wrong.. -Do salt water gargling  thrice daily thoroughly -maintain oral hygiene  brushing twice using soft tooth brush -take  two keterol dt  tablets at first time and later one tablet thrice daily for not more than three days. - hot fermentation  like taking steam or hot fluid ( tea, coffee milk)  will increase   infection  very fast if any..please avoid hot fermentation.
