Post covid symptoms
It is nearly 30 days since I contracted Covid-19. I still have weaknesses, cough and sometimes breathing issue in night( last it happened three days back but not now). I do daily steaming and gargle and also walk for half an hour everyday. Do i have to do any kind of tests? How long should I wait for doing heavy workout? Edits : Hrct done? No Spo2: 98-99(rest and even after light excersize) Heartrate : around 70 ( during lay down-sleep) walking (110) Rest (80)

For some patients it takes time to recover.. don't do any heavy work out till your symptoms subside. Eat protein rich diet, warm fluids, steaming ,minimal breathing exercise, walking and all advised.

Tab. Zincovit one tablet once daily for 2 weeks can be continued. Syrup grinlinctus bm for cough.
