Post covid symptoms
Hello Doctor, I was tested positive on Apr 9th and was in home quarantine for 14 days I took the CT on 6th day it was mild as there is no score in CT and the only impression in CT was fibrotic lobes in Upper chest. Again I was tested negative on Apr 23rd. I was fine for 30 days and from May 3rd I believe am feeling breathless not very exhaustive. This was normal when I was ideal and when I try to go for some 100 mtrs walk or 200 mtrs walk am feeling difficult to catch the breath ans some time this was ok. This problem is  there till now. Also am having muscular pain in neck and back side I took repeat blood test CBC, CRP, D-DIMER, Gulclose, Chloestrol, chest xray, ecg, echo test on May 5th and my spo2 is ranging from 97 to 99 , all results came as normal. Kindly guide me on this how to over come this problem and how long will it be there or there is any other solution for this. Please guide on this Dr's

As per your clinical history is concerned there is no major issues because your Spo2 is normal so take a course (Dexamethasone 6 mg ) for 1st week, 4mg for 2nd week and 2mg for 3rd week.Take (Doxofylline 400mg) every 8 hours for shortness in breathing. Regards, Dr sahoo
