Post covid required food tips
My father got covid positive admitted in hospital past 10 days..7 days he was with oxygen support rest of the two days without O2 support his saturation level is 96.Ct scan infection level is 54 percent as of May 22.Now he is discharged frm hospital.please let me know what are foods to take to overcome this infection. Thanks in advance.

Hello As such no specific guidelines is their regarding diet post covid. I would recommend healthy nutritious diet rich with protein, vitamins, minerals, etc. Apart from it I would advice to maintain proper hydration

No diet restrictions but concentrate more on Protein rich diet, Fruits and vegetables. Avoid oily foods and maida products
