I have covid positive april 24th ..i have some symtoms like tiredness and cough ,i have fully recovered at may 2nd itself ..now may 26th i have chest pain and head ache have tiredness ....i have check crp negative and cbc normal and feritin normal and d-dimer is 0.66 ...in that reference is normal range is 0-0.5 .. is this normal or i want to some treatment
