Care AI Shimmer
You are having body pain and fever and mild tightness after taking the vaccine. Take rest and take plenty of water with plenty of fruits and fruit juices with normal food and continue taking tablet Dolo 650 every 12 hours for 3 days and watch for the improvement and if there is no improvement then you have to contact any general physician at your local area and go through the clinical examination to rule out any e other associated infections along with any side effect due to covid vaccine but nothing to worry you will become normal
