I m having little pain and discomfort in my chest and left arm since 25 days but my ct scan is normal 0/25, d dimer is 0.47 , ecg and echo is normal, lipid profile is normal crp is 4 i m not having any Breathlessness and difficulties in running Or walking what is the reason of pain and what to do now
