Asked for Female, 62 Years

My mom recovering from covid. After 1.5 month of discharge from haspital her BPM in day time is 105-120 while at night 75-95 from last 10 days.and oxygen level is 95. And blood sugar level fluctuate between 110(before food) and 160 (after food). Sir please suggest me the necessary Test has to be done.
