Post coital
Good morning madam. We had unprotected sex on 2nd n 3rd of march for around 6times. She had her periods from 23rd Feb to 27th Feb. Her periods will be on time every month. From yesterday, she is facing some cramps, little fever. Are they any early symptoms of pregnancy?I didn't release sperm inside. I was jus having my precum. Can we show up pregnancy symptoms after 3days of sex ? Her nipples also have become some what change in color like dark.

From the dates it is most unlikely that she can become pregnant. She had her periods from 23 to 27 February  her fertile period for conception will be from  7 March to 11 March. Even if a lady becomes pregnant no changes pertaining to pregnancy can come so soon. It takes time for the hormones to be produced and become effective. However if she doesn't get her next period by 25 March you should do urine pregnancy test.

It is not possible to have symptoms of pregnancy so soon. Symptoms of pregnancy can be experienced once she misses her periods.
Next Steps
Take symptomatic treatment for fever and pain.
Health Tips
Even though semen was not deposited in the vagina, there are chances of pregnancy. It is better to use some method of contraception.
