Post cabg,hypertension
My father age 47 had cabg (all arterial) on 3rd of jan 2026 he has long term hypertension currently avg bp is 125/90 he has another issue which is concentric lvh and diastolic dysfunction grade 1 how can that be cured he has currently no symptoms like he had pre op but he had an instance post op where his bp got into hypertensive crises he did go to hospital got the bp controlled but docs said we need to do an angio because your troponin is high 2 readings were 289 and 302 his ecg was normal his currents medications are triolmazest 20 in morning olmazest beta 50 and ecosprin gold 40 at night since he has no symptoms should he get any tests done he got his blood work done a month ago lipid normal lft normal kft shows mildly elevated uric acid is there any change in meds that should be done or any other investigation and how to control concentric lvh and diastolic dysfunction
