Hello in my opinion dont go for much topical ream n ointment application.
Sometimes changing creams n products damage your skin more.
Either you visit and homeopath and take homeopathic treat ment or you can go for laser treatment from an expert if u r in hurry.
They are actually scars...Scars can involve textural change in the superficial and deep dermis, and can also be associated with erythema, and less often pigmentary change.
In general, treatment of acne scarring is a multistep procedure. First, examination of is necessary to classify the subtypes of
scarring that are present. Then, the patient´s primary concerns are
elicited, and the patient is offered a menu of procedures that may
address the various components of the scarring process...it can be removed by using chemical and mechanical peeling and also by laser treatment...consult good dermatologist they will examine and explain in detail

Please consult a homoeopath for your problem. There are medicines on the basis of skin type, and other general symptoms it can be treated.
Next Steps
You can try lacto calamine lotion. Apply it twice a day.
A home remedy -apply a cleanser made by adding 1-2 drops of lemon juice in 2 spoons of milk This is very effective for oily skin.
Hello,
External application will help you for sometime only. It is advisable to consult a homoeopathic physician and get your symptoms evaluated and take homoeopathic medicines. It seems you are staying in Hyderabad. There is a government homoeopathic college & hospital in Hyderabad. Visit there and get yourself checked.
