I noticed a little pump on the top part of my foreskin if my penis. It started of like a little scratch i believe, now its small roundy like a ring almost. Yesterday i saw for the first time a little white yellowish substance had came out. It seems to be healing slowly. I looked things and pics online but cant find a very simular pic if it. And i di not have anything comming out if my penis hole. From what i read. stds. Plz. I am a little worried.
