I had sex three days ago. The day after sex I had burning when urinating form inside my vagina. My lymph nodes in my groin and neck are tender. Today I started having brown blood discharge and cramping but my period is due next week. It still hurts to pee, I noticed a possible tear inside my vagina near my urethra. Could I have a STD?

You have UTI and possibly an injury. Tender lymph nodes is something that needs to be checked. Drink 3-4 lit water everyday. Do urine routine and culture. See a physician. You need to be checked once
