I’ve been taking tri lo sprintec for 5 months at 1 pm and have never missed a day. Sunday night my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex, Monday afternoon I was 2-3 hours late to take my pill, Tuesday I took it on time. Wednesday I noticed slight spotting. Should I be concerned that it’s possibly conception/implantation bleeding?

No it is not the conception and nor the implantation bleeding.This is break through bleeding due to changing of time.So continue your tablet on time and watch the situation.If heavy bleeding will start then stop the tablet and take precautions.
