Hey I think I've experienced implantation bleeding but when I took a at home pregnancy test the result we're negative.. What could that mean?

If u r overdue n had spotting just do a beta hcg blood test to confirm pregnancy. If thats negative u r not pregnant. Other causes of this include polyp , ovarian cysts ,pcos  , hormonal issues etc.
