I recently had sex with someone 2-3 weeks ago who contracted chlamydia last week. I am still going to check with a doctor next week, but because it has possibly been 4 weeks since I contracted it, does this put me at risk of infertility? I have slight abdominal pain but no other symptoms.

For females who have contracted Chlamydia, most have NO symptoms. But some may have following ones:
#burning with urination and an abnormal vaginal discharge;
#abdominal or pelvic pain is sometimes present; and.
#blood in the urine, urinary urgency (feeling an urgent need to urinate), and increased urinary frequency can occur if the urethra is infected.
Most people who have chlamydia don't notice any symptoms. If you do get symptoms, these usually appear between one and three weeks after having unprotected sex with an infected person. For some people they don't develop until many months later.
Sometimes the symptoms can disappear after a few days.
