Possibility of pregnancy

Asked for Female, 35 Years

Had unprotected intercourse after 4 days of period. First was in our bedroom and followed after 15 hours in the swimming pool..I had spotting after sex in the swimming pool and continue for 5 days then stop,then after 2 days I spot again and I had heavy bleeding dark red for 2 days, 3 days before my menstruation and stop and I got brownish spots. And didn't bled on my supposed menstruation date..can I still be pregnant even I got HCG below 5IU test before missed period or 14 days after sex.
