During the summer I attracted swollen lymph nodes in my throat and was prescribed medication and it left then a month later I had an outbreak of bumps on my lips but it went away after oiling lips everyday but lip still get dryer than normally and two weeks later I contracted left sided Pneumonia but it left two days after being on medication.

HIV is a viral infection which gets transmitted through sexual contacts, blood or infected body fluid contacts, mother to child at time of delivery, infected needle exposure..
A person may have many infections like you without having HIV. There are many causes for that.
In case you want to get it tested to clear any doubt. You may get it done.
